Important Notice For People With Allergies

Sydney Ice Arena goes to a great deal of effort to ensure that every party child has the same happy, no fuss experience as non-allergy children.

Staff are trained thoroughly in the careful preparation of "non-allergy foods". All "non-allergy" foods are stored in sealed containers in a separate area of the freezer room.

Food that requires cooking is segregated in an exclusive independent fryer or placed on a segregated section of the pie warmer. Cottonseed oil (recommended for allergy sufferers) is used for deep frying.

We do not allow outside food to come into the ice rink, but as you can see we are well prepared for all allergy sufferers to ensure your child enjoys their party experience at Sydney Ice Arena.

Gluten Free and other "Allergy Aware" Foods Available at Snack Bar

Here is the list of ingredients in specially selected foods.

"Gluten Free Chicken Nuggets" – Wheat free, dairy free, yeast free. No artificial flavours, no artificial colours, no preservatives and no GM ingredients. Ingredients: Chicken breast 80%, rice flour, Canola Oil, antioxidant (1520, 319) potato flour, potato starch, maize starch, water, soy flour, salt, maltodextrin (maize), pepper, Aerators (500, 575), vegetable gum(415, 464), raising agents (336, 600), rice bran, Tumeric.

"Gluten Free Fish Bites" – Wheat free, dairy free, yeast free. No artificial flavours, no artificial colours, no preservatives and no GM ingredients. Ingredients: White fish (80%), rice flour, Canola Oil, antioxidant (1520, 319) potato flour, potato starch, maize starch, water, soy flour, salt, maltodextrin (maize), pepper, Aerators (500, 575), vegetable gum(415, 464), raising agents (336, 600), rice bran, Tumeric.

"Fantastic 'Glass' Noodles" – Beef & Chicken: Noodles: Mung bean starch. Flavouring (optional): Salt beef flavour (soy, milk) or chicken flavour (soy) Flavour enhancers (E62, E627, E631), dehydrated vegetables, malto dextrin (tapioca), herbs & spices, sugar, vegetable oil (antioxidant [E319]) [yeast extract –(in chicken)], [colour (E150c)- in beef.]

"Organ Gluten free Tomato Soup": Gluten free, yeast free, wheat free, soy free, dairy free, nut free, egg free, vegan, no added cane sugar, no MSG added.
Ingredients: tomato powder 37.5%, potato starch, fructose, onion, salt, garlic, beetroot, cellulose fibre, thickener: Guar sugar, tumeric powder, extracts of herbs and spices.

"Patties Gluten Free" Sausage Rolls: Meat (34%) [beef], gluten free flour [lentil, rice, amaranth], water, starch (maize, tapioca), canola oil, whole egg, sugar, salt, tomato, herbs & spices, emulsifier (336), vegetable gum (415), tamari [whole soy beans, alcohol], raising agent (500).

"Patties Gluten Free" Meat Pies: Water, meat (25%) [beef], gluten free flour [lentil, rice, amaranth], starch (maize, tapioca), canola oil, whole egg, tomato, sugar, salt, tamari [whole soy beans, alcohol], emulsifier (336), vegetable gum (415), raising agent (500), ground black pepper, herbs & spices.
